1. EDI Service
Description: EDI Service project creates reading and writing services of EDIFACT messages. See a detailed EDI-Service project description in Finnish / in English.

Description: The purpose of this project is to evaluate five integration platforms and their functions

3. Software Project Failures 2005 survey
Description: The purpose of this project is to identify factors for software project failures in Pohjois-Savo region.

4. ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library) project
Description: ITIL is a best practice framework for IT Service Management. ITIL is aimed at IT service providers IT directors and managers. The purpose of this project is to explore ITIL's processes such as Problem Management, Service Level Management and Availability Management. During the ITIL project, we explored the strengths and challenges regarding the problem management processes of case organizations and how traditional processes could be translated into ITIL-based processes.

5. ITIL Pilot II
Description: The purpose of this project is to continue the ITIL-based process improvement in case organizations; e.g. introduction of the knowledge base. Additionally, we are going to examine the stakeholder network involved in problem management, and explore ITIL processes such as configuration management
