1. EDI Service

4. ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library) project
Description: ITIL is a best practice framework for IT Service Management. ITIL is aimed at IT service providers
IT directors and managers. The purpose of this project is to explore ITIL's processes such as Problem Management, Service Level Management
and Availability Management. During the ITIL project, we explored the strengths and challenges regarding the problem management
processes of case organizations and how traditional processes could be translated into ITIL-based processes.
