Course SE: Research Perspectives on Software Engineering and Software Engineers (3 ECTS)

The course consists of 21 hours of lectures, starting at 1 pm on Monday, August 8, and ending at 4 pm on Thursday, August 11.

The course is given by Dr Sarah Beecham and Dr John Noll, from Lero, the Irish Software Engineering Research Centre.

This course will be a mixture of lectures and interactive exercises and discussion. It will involve learning about many aspects of Software Engineering Research, from requirements to motivation, research methods, including some statistics too.
